I know of a company who is actually working on them, but can't say just yet.

I think Pazzo is working on some. You can always have some laid over in CF.

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

The last thing I would want is someone's carbon fiber project snapping off in my right hand entering T1...

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

Good aluminum levers weigh very little so you wont be saving any huge amount with CF levers. Unless someone starts producing them in mass the cost would be retarded and even if they did I bet they will still be pretty damn expensive say to the tune of three or four times a normal lever.

Who on earth would care what "everybody" thinks?

I'd love to have CF levers myself. Not to save half a gram, and certainly not because I care about what other's will think, but because I really like carbon trim. And that's reason enough imho.

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

I'm a carbon lover too like reasets are cool,chunky,functional...
and if your doing it for look's well then it really matters what people think or its a waist of time money and effort!!!
when you spend enough time around bikes you start to think...
will it work, will it look good, will it last..
and then you think fook it a carbon tank would be much cooler....
buy brembo master cylinders (people who know what they are looking at will see it as bike porn)this will also improve your performance

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

get propper levers...
you dont want some plasticy stuff giving up when you need it most..
Thats probibly the reason you cant find them, Because nobody wants the hassle of going to court for what is at the end of the day a crap look!

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

Exactly why I said to just have some regular lever's overlaid in CF. Doesn't cost much. DIY even. No worries of anything 'snapping'.

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

All great points here I was just looking for some finishing pieces for my F4i as I just purchased a full carbon fiber body kit from OPTIMUM PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS INC. . I was able to find a guy who made carbon windscreens and got mirrors from opp. I may just do the Pazzo levers to be honest now.

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

I would go with Pazzo's because they are local, but i have Titax levers on my drag bike, a little more meat then the pazzo, but adjustable as well have a great feel.

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

crg pazzo or titax. are all very good quality. i have pazzo's on my 600f3 and would say the sortys are fantastic. also all the individual parts are replaceable. i think brembo do them but only for their own radial master cylinders.

Re: Real Carbon Fiber??

Try the ASV. They claim to be unbreakable and if you go down they will replace them for 5 years. Available in short or long.
