| FYI...... Stator for 1998 CBR900RR FYI I bought a new stator from my parts guy and he got it from electrosport.com, he ordered based on the bike and year and they sent that one. Only thing is, its the wrong one, the even show the honda oem part number that they cross reference it with. Took out of the box tried to attached it to the alternator cover and the inner diameter is smaller than the stock one. There is a raised ring inside the cover and the hole in the new stator was too small. i put my tape measure up to it and they were off. (didn't record the differences) I called electrosport.com tech line left a message and have not heard back yet. Ordered a different from Ricks. Will update when I receive it and when I hear back from electrosport.com FireBlade | |
