review on JTR slipper clutch

Hello everyone!

Shortly: you was warned

More detailed: never got round to install it properly on my 06 1000rr. the Main problem was, that the assembly (clutch basket+spacer+spider spring) was too thick to install the main nut.
Yes, I took the stock washers away (from under the basket).
in photos you could see, that JTR basket got different bottom shape than OEM: clutch installation pictures by mindaugasa - Photobucket
Jiri, founder of JTR was nice to talk, but he couldn't catch where what (may be because of language barrier?), even with the detailed photos of installation I made off.
On UK eBay found some shop offering the same JTR clutches under the different name. They confirmed the origin of the item, but told, that the original one won't work without the modification they are doing.
Offered JTR to send back the clutch to inspect (at my costs). Since I quite sure of my capabilities to perform clutch swap.
Dead silence.
Sadly I have return to the stock setup.

Any comments, please?

Re: review on JTR slipper clutch

Sorry but my suggestion is to spend more (yes I know we all have limited funds ) and get an STM or Yoyodyne.
