| Exhaust System Suggestions 4 07 1000rr I recently purchased a brand new 07 cbr 1000rr and just had its first service done yesterday. Im starting to look into getting an exhaust for it does anyone have any suggestions. I don't mind if it's "too loud" as long as it sounds good. What slip on or system gives the best sound for the 1000rr's in your opinion and where can I find them for a good price? |

| Re: Exhaust System Suggestions 4 07 1000rr Ive been thinking about Two Bros. Is it a significant power loss with those? What do you guys think about the yoshimura (sp) exhaust? |

| Re: Exhaust System Suggestions 4 07 1000rr I noticed a power increase with my pipe, but that was because I also put on a power commander. And with any slipon you will add some horsepower and most slipons are about the same, the difference in slipons is where the power is added. With the two bros I noticed an increase in the low end and a little in the high end as well, but it was about the same in the mid range as it was before the power commander and slipon. Many people will smack talk yoshi's and I have in the past as well, but I've never had any experience with them so I can't really say anything. But many people put them on their bike (especially if it's a gixxer ) so they can't be all that bad

| Re: Exhaust System Suggestions 4 07 1000rr I run a Yosh Full exhaust, down low it has a nice sound not to loud, hit 5k RPM's and the sound is much louder and sounds like race pipes.
Friend with an 06 1000 has 2 Brothers, very very loud from down low to up top
New guy to group has an 07 1000 and runs a Sata slip on, very nice sound, deep and throaty
I perfer Yosh, my Kawa track bike has it, all the 600's in our group have it except one guy with D&D (way to loud) |
