what exhaust is this?
hey guys i was wondering if you could help me out real fast i just bought my 929 a little over a months ago and the guy i bought it off of said that it had a d&d shorty exhaust i was wondering if you guys new for sure if that was right or if it was something else. Thanks

Its probably just been cut. Unless someone has one, or you find the owner (he/she might even be on here) you probably wont ever know.

ya its loud when it needs to be but surprisingly its quite cruising and in lower rpms but when i get on it it sounds dang good!!!!! i just havent seen an exhaust like this and was wondering my buddy has a 929 also and has a d&d exhaust and these sound nothing alike so jw lol

Hey jacjohnson19, I have an Erion as well and I'm trying to determine production #'s. if it's the true RE please post last 6 digits of VIN#.

The first part of the VIN will be SC444 or SC443.

That looks like a cut down debadged erion slip on to me. I have the same on my bike, but it's not cut down.

It's a bolt-on, not a slip-on muffler.

its not the erion i no that cause i also have an erion and its a little bit skinnier than the exhaust thats on it now so im not sure like i said i was told it was a d&d shorty but havent ever heard of that so im guessing its just a cut down d&d lol that seems to be wat everybody is saying haha

Its too fat to be a d&d its most likely a cut down yanashiki. I one about the same length and it sounded gooooood!
