Group Buy

Just wondering if any of the aussies would be interested in a group buy of Matris dampers. The pricing will be pretty good, so let me know, and I can get a deal happening. I have them in stock for most sports bikes.

New 1000RR with gear, insurance, alarm - looks like money is going to be tight for a little while.

Thanks for an offer.

Re: Group Buy

I will be after a damper in the near future, I do like the matris although its a little more than I can afford at the moment, my choice would be between the Matris and the new Hyperpro.

It does, but Honda Oz pulled them off and put after market dampers on their race bikes, so they may be likethe Suzuki ones........useless. BUT, they're supposed to be heavy also, so it may have been a weight thing.

Re: Group Buy

I could work out a group buy on anything if you'd like. In other words, just let me know what you all want (if anything) regardless of what it is, (ie: gloves, tyres, jacket, damper, system etc) and I'll work out a price as a "package" anyway. Just a thought.

Does Honda Australia have the HRC ignition on there bikes yet? if so that would possibly be the reason they removed the damper as it rely's on the ECU to control its high/low speed valving!

Actually I met Josh Brookes the other day and asked him about it. They DID remove the damper because they couldn't adjujst the damping....but apparently they are getting a more advanced ECU that will allow them to adjust it, so they will be running the stock one again very soon.

Re: Group Buy

I doubt that Micky. They told me they removed it because it weighs so much. They will have something that looks like the original, (a cover etc) for marketing purposes, but they'll run an after market damper somewhere on the bike. Josh is a great kid huh.
