I heard from a rep that rode the ZX10 that it feels like a 2 stroke. Nothing , nothing and then BAM. Who the fuk wants that? | I can attest to that, nothing upto 7500 then whammo, not really ridable for the street. Does bring a smile to face though. |

| Re: Black 1RR Don't get me wrong Kahuna. We sell more Micron pipes in Oz than anyone. I like them too. BUT they definately don't have the build quality of the Arata, period. The serpent headers are awesome, but the mufflers can sometimes blow apart, and sometimes aren't packed properly. But I agree, if I just wanted a slip on, I'd get the Micron. But full system? Arata hands down.
I'm doing a 954 right now from stock, to Arata system mapped. I've done 3 954's with serpents so I can give you the results later today. |

I just picked mine up today as well. She is a mystical nimble creature that is for sure. Are you following Honda's breakin on the new machine? I just find it odd that the revs are not limited during breakin and that all you need to do is very speed. Have you heard anything different?
Thanks for any info |

Thanks for any info | Gday VM,
well if Mr Hondas manual is to go by and I have every confidence it is get her up and have somefun but at the same time no full throttle liftoffs for the first 500km's. Mine has done it official wearing in and you just need to let it spin up to really give the topend a proper run in. Thats why river runs down the Swan here make breakin a bike in so fun
some riders have differing views but my experience is let her spin up but don't do it ham fisted. Smooth dude and she'll thankyou for the rest of her riding days
this thing has sooo much grunt I couldn't be happier, cept past 8k when it really comes to play except even smoother! Will be interested what my Micron slipon does over the powerband when I fit her next week.
aren't those Honda manuals amusing reading btw
Dave Can Perth get any Sunnier? Only when the Blade is out!!
