Re: Rear seat cowl

Well you can get a newie from Honda but they ain't cheap. Over $300 I think. I'd rather save my pennies for a PC3. But if you find a cheap yellow seat cowl I'd be interested.
Cheers

300+ geez for a piece of plastic..
hmmm might have to rethink about doing this then..
hopefully if someone in the tradingpost is selling a 954 with a cowl u can try ask them to sell it seperately for cheaper.

I just ordered a red CBR600RR one for my blade and it was $346 but I got a discount because I bought the bike from them.

Re: Rear seat cowl

You could have it retrimmed like I got mine done, cost approx $120-130

Most people think it is a cowl and you can still use it as a seat, although a bit slippery.

Re: Rear seat cowl

I had a local trimmer do it for me, he makes a lot of custom dirt bike seat covers.

He has made some for some R1 / 6's and has imcorporated the yamaha logo in the seat.

Sorry, yep, I was asking you. When you're ready to do some "go fast " stuff to it, let me know and I'll sort you out. What colour cowl did you want? And for a CBR1000RR right?

Pretty natural assumption, I mean who in the right mind would by an old clunky 954 when the rip roaring 1000RR is out now!!!!!!

Haha, you guys are tools. haha
Bagster also do seat covers for them, front and rear that look pretty trick. But I'll getthe cowl under way now. I have Matris dampers here, and Arata systems so let me know when you want to start getting them, and I'll look after you. We are also a Power Commander tuning centre.

Matris dampers you'relooking at $789 forthe M2 , $889 for the M3 and $989 for the M4. But I'll do them better for you, just let me know when you want one, and I'll look after you.
