| Oggy Knobs Has anyone fitted the Oggy Knobs to a 929?
I am not sure if the LHS fairing needs cutting or not. I have asked at a few places and seem to get a different answer each time.
If it dosn't need cutting, should I purchase the Oggies and fit them myself or have them fitted by the place of purchase? |

| Re: Oggy Knobs Thanks for the replies.
I have just sent an email to redwing and peter stevens to see when i can pick up a set.
I am soooo paranoid that i am going to drop it when backing it out of my garage, squeezing past the car and going down the steep driveway in reverse |

They've got some pretty cool stuff there, it just around the corner from one of the sites at work so me and the manager over there (BMW rider) pop in once in a while. |

| Re: Oggy Knobs G'day i have heard that you do need to cut them but not sure.As far as fitting it i would get it fitted at the place of purchase in case something goes wrong. Then you can take it back there for repairs sometimes free of charge because they fitted it. |

| Re: Oggy Knobs psssst this thread is a couple years old. I hope he got them fitted by now.
I don't know of any frame slider (or oggy knob as you aussies call them) that requires cutting on the 929. the thing would have to be like 5 inches in diameter to get close enough to the fairing to require any cutting.
