one step ahead of you......motions sickness tablets!!! Still they do their own kind of damage.
heaps to get down but the biggest disappointment is that my camera broke and I didn't take any photos but I'll get hold of the photos my mates took. There are a couple of absolute pearlers!!!
To everyone who owns a bike, I emplore you to get down there and ride, every single road is perfect for riding, corners where you throw the bike from edge to edge are momentarirly broken up by short straight sections to get around slower vehicles. The the riding goodness starts as soon as you leave the towns, no need to ride for an hour to get to 5 minutes of good road.
I was expecting a fair bit of rain but we didn't get any until the last day when it absolutely bucketed down, but that had it own fun.
Getting my bike fixed and over there was only part of the dramas we had, which included a dose of food poisoning in the last few days but I still managed to whittle away a few more millimetres off my chicken strips. I think the track might be my only answer to get rid of the remaining 5mm on both sides of the rear.
BUt I'm telling you guys you have to get down there, I don't know why Easy954 (Good to meet you do there mate!!!! ) has been holding out on us. While your down there pop into Joe's Garage of a Tuesday for thier bike night. Definately well worth it!!!
Think I'll be going back there next year sometime and this time its going to be trouble free and 100% focused on riding!!! |

I'd love to be able to take my money back from them and give it to someone more worthy. I just hope I can warn others about how **** they are so more people don't get ****ed like me.
Think I'm going to have to stop being so nice and start being a prick back otherwise this kind of **** is going to continue to happen. | You might want to listen to your guts and not get ****ed over so often then. When I bought my new blade I sold my soul and bought it from Sydney City Motorcycles. I tried to order it through my local but they couldn't secure one. Once I got my bike they never saw me again! Straight to my other shop where I get all my work done.
It amazes me that people are continually getting ****ed over by these places. Just don't take their **** full stop! I can't work out how you got ****ed on price and ****ed on your loan, if you got ****ed on those two items, then perhaps some more homework was in order, or was it an impulse buy? I thought it was common knowledge that finance at a dealer is always going to be a castration affair.
Anyhoo, hope you are enjoying the blade all the same, and your new found service at a decent bike shop. |

Anyhoo, hope you are enjoying the blade all the same, and your new found service at a decent bike shop. | I had a friendly house mate that screwed me with a bill that affected my credit rating in the worst way possible, so I REALLY struggle to get a loan and have very little choice but to go with what the dealers offer. I was refering to sorting out the deposit, I told them I had a $6k deposit but they only said $5k to the loan co.
Since I had it as a bank cheque the difference was only given to me as a voucher to be spent on gear in the store so my loan is short a $1000 payment but I've thown extra onto it since then to try and offset the extra interest. And will continue to pay off more than the replayments as quick as I can. |
