You realise this forum post is ranked really highly in Google when you search for 'Optus sucks'. I was blogging about the issue and was interested to see what the original poster's gripe was!
I am a bike rider too! |

I am a bike rider too! | Awesome, I saw the search query and saw that we are ranking number one. We get our share of link spam so we sometimes shoot first and ask questions later. Glad to have you on the site anyway, your blog looks nice BTW.

| Re: Optus sucks big hairy balls No, fair enough, I know what it's like. I only put the link in since I figured it was on topic. It's just amazing how much power forums and blogs have when it comes to ranking well like this. |

| Re: Optus sucks big hairy balls Yeah but it's not exactly because it's a forum or a blog that makes it pop. There are other factors in play that have more weight than just the CMS. I do take your point however. I also think user activity levels & bounce rates are being weighted more heavily than they were say 12 - 18 months ago. Although that is just an opinion.

| Re: Optus sucks big hairy balls Oh there are definitely more factors in it that the CMS, that's what I was saying in my blog (if you'll allow me the link ), if Optus actually got off their arses and cared about their online image they could write their own page on their own site about why Optus doesn't suck and they wouldn't have threads like this moaning about them taking up all the space.
Anyway, the Qld rain has let up so I'm going for a ride! |
