| Re: Pot Its not legal as such, but it is decriminalised (the difference being????) in the ACT and SA. Your allowed to grow up to 3 plants. Hooch is probably the most frequently used drug in Aus. it wouldnt surprise me if the guy you saw was on the reefer, its pretty common. Was he sitting down near Siberia or the Hayshed casue I commented a few times that I could smell the stuff.
And just quietly, I havent touched the stuff in about 10 years. |
