Any other riders here going too the Phillip Island this year? I'll be taking my new 07 blade down with a couple 2 other guys with sv1000 and vtr1000 from Central VIC. And meeting up with other riders from other boards down at the track...

I'll look forward too meeting up with other RR owners down at the track too

Hopefully riding down from Bayliss country(Taree) with 6 mates all going to plan, plus catch up with a couple of mates that moved down to Vic and Tas a while back. Should be a big weekend with Troy's last race in OZ. Just want good weather to go with it as it's been raining pretty much every day up hear for the last 6 weeks. who knows we might break the drought down that way for you.

Sounds good guys. I've just got my new 2007 RR. I dont know if I'll make it down to the Island for the Superbikes. I'm down there every year with out fail for the Moto GP. Good friends with the West family, so it's usually an entertaining weekend.

Hi guys, i'm looking for information. I'm a Biker from Barcelona (sorry for my bad english) and i'm going to visit your state at time when is making the race. I want to rent a bike to go to the track, and my questions are:
Is there any campsite near the track?
what do you think about rent a bike here motorcycle rental australia and harley-davidson hire?
is there party during the nights in the nearest towns?
sorry about my unKnowledge, but I think it could be different than the races in europe. thanks for see you there!

Hey Mate,
I'm not entirely sure about the Superbikes, you'll have to wait for a response from some of these other guys. But for the GP which I imagine the superbike weekend would be similar too. There are heaps of places to stay and camp. And 'Cows' which is the main township closest to the track is usually rocking on weekends like this.
I dont think I will be able to help you with bike hire as I dont have the info.

Should be a heap of fun.

Gawd knows what unearthly hour that I will be leaving on sunday morning to get down too the track..

lol guess we will be playing dodge roo on the way down from Central Vic..

Knakkers... cant wait too hear your jardine on ya repsol.. so I'll be definately keeping any eye out for your bike
