I beleive they have dropped those fines for the bikes that were in the police escort. But the whole speed camera thing has got out of hand over here, it's allmost worth running with no plate (well not really, but it sounds good)

I'm sure there are a couple of west Aussies on here from time to time.

The latest performance street bike? Is that issue 84?
I have not seen issue 84 as yet, didn't know it was out yet, But yes my bike should have the dyno figures printed in an upcoming issue

Can't say what number it was....I just picked it up at Radars when I was getting my Ohlins fitted. It is definitely the latest copy though.

Makes me think....if mine had 135hp as stock then I would be looking at 151hp with the Micron and PCIIIr...instead of a measley 146

Been doing alittle research on this, an dI have heard it said that the best results don't rely on tuning link, but a shitload of time spent by the tuner squeezing every last HP out of the bike by "tuning for power power, not the air/fuel ratio" I think what it means is at some parts of the rev range you may get better results with a different A/F ratio than at others. *shrug*

I requested that my tuner try different a/f ratios to see which made the best power. I allways beleived 12.6 would give me the best power, but it gave no more power than 13.1 and that was with the pair valve disconnected and blocked.
He even tried disconnecting the flapper valve to see if that made a difference.

Yup. Lots and lots and lots.

Your dead right- Not many roads to ride on, except a few in the Darling Range. (If you know Perth - Around Mundaring weir, also between Midland and Toodyay) But hey- At least it doesn't rain much!

Going for a ride with the touring club on sunday to Dunbalk in gippsland.

"A mixture of fast, open sweepers crossed with a couple of transport sections between the good stuff. do you guys catch up much for rides? i have a Bro in Warnambool so i did the GreatOcean Rd all the time on my babyblade....and i used to live out ChumCreek so i like to get over there a bit and do the Reeften spur and black spur...ill be taken it easy for a bit longer on the new bike..but come the new year ill be right for some rides
