Two subjects in one post
You can get while your working, you can get it any old how of matter of fact I got it now, picking on will needs a ice cold beer and the best cold beer is Vic so go fook yourselves |
Yer, I know Sumoto is dodgey, don't buy from them but they are handy for selling your wreck too. They seemed to be willing to pay more than anyone else......I didn't complain.
Fair enough I'll stick with my plan of heading to elizabeth St then out to ringwood and perhaps down to Dandenong. |

Longer stretch to the bars over the cbr which is why I got it, faster in a straight line too! Babyblades are solid bikes but steer clear of fzr's. zzr and gpx are great bikes as well as the vtr 250(look like little ducati monsters) or zeal if she wants a naked. |

Pretty damn good bike until it collected a wallaby.

We went to Sumoto to see if we could check out all the 250cc options in one place and they had pretty much all the options. But when she goes to put some money down we are going to avoid Sumoto like the plague. They really stumbled when I asked them about Grey Imports (which is pretty much what they do).
In the end looks like she has decided that the Suzuki Across is going to be the way to go, so at least we know what models to look out for when she starts waving cash around.
Zop if you can let me know where at forum is that would be great. At the moment she is interested in an across thats on the netrider forum but the more options the merrier. |

She REALLY didn't like the air tubes that feed into the tank (that the same model? http://www.sportsbikerider.com/viewer-21509.html).
Nor did she like the naked bikes (Spada had a slim chance but was elimimated pretty quickly.) even though the insurance is lower than an faired bike.
The Across apparently felt better and was a bit lighter for her to handle and she could get her feet onto the ground easily as well. I think she also likes the idea of the storage area as well. |

Pretty damn good bike until it collected a wallaby. | 95% of them are grey imports, but there are some that are legit Aussie imports but they cost an arm and a leg. |

| Re: Hi to all the other Aussies out there Ah cbr250.com my old stomping ground.
Matt the "air tubes" are not air tubes infact they do nothing as their astateic to make them look like the bigger zxr 750, I know a few people who took them off and it cleaned up quite nicley
Across is a good bike, even if it sounds like a hair dryer
And Bacchus you'll be happy to know you can stick a 6 pack of beer in the tank trunk. |
