Good to see the Greeks are getting bums on seats......NOT!!!! Every olympiad the spectators and atheletes come back and say "that was the best olympics YET!!!!!!" Somehow it just doesn't look like Athens is going to top the Aussie effort 4 years ago.

So will there be a royal wedding stemming from these games I wonder, mark and that Demakr bloke apparently hit it off in Sydney during the Olympics, got any royalty checking out the pub scene in Athens.

Yesterday the olympics was more interesting Australia was sitting second on the medal tally, not a bad effort for a country a fraction of the size of the others up that end of the medal table. But looks like we are moving down a bit.

But yer I'm a little blarzay about it all now, might check out the cycling here and there but with the commonweath games and olympics every couple of years its lost a little bit of lustre. Might be better in 2 years time when Melbourne has the Commonweath games (we were rob of the olympics ) then I'll get a chance to check out the events first hand and there will be roving European Princesses and the like wanting to pick up a Aussie king at my local.

It's been a good 5 days or so since my last visit and I was expecting to be reading about Zop's count down to 2000 posts but it appears that its been a long time between drinks for this thread.......

So is everyone either out riding with this good weather of late or stuck working?

Add fall into the later category, and its pretty amazing how much work you get done when your not checking the .org ever 5 minutes.

Been working and sick as a dog for the last week, haven't even thought about getting the bike out, well that's a lie , I've thought about it but been to crook to do it

Let me inroduce you to wills bike service, will will come to your place of location, take the bike up for a nice easy run, just to get the oil moving and warmed up. All while you stay at home or at the office and....its free. Worry about your bike no more as will will even wash it for you on return.
So there must be a catch right? WRONG
All you have to do is drop a PM and he'll be there faster than you can say women get me another beer (will can also get beer if required)
Please give so he may ride

Serious man, look after my bike, yes you heard mine, when you realise I can give it a better home you will do the right thing, I know you have the best interests of the bike in mind.
