Metzlers, you all are crazy. If their good enough for ghost rider, their good enough for me. I ride in 20 degree weather daily and these tires still heat up decently.

Ahaaa. Ta- I went down there thinking that's who you were referring to (the power of the internet forum...) and mr personality behind the counter assured me quite firmly he hadn't sold pirelli's for at least 5 years.

Haaa. Don't take him personally. He's like that with everyone I know who goes in there. I think the local caryards pay him to put people off motorbikes. However, he DOES have a good deal on qualifiers if you're after a pair- about $100 off the RRP.

I used them on ducatis for years- excellent rubber. Sticky, warm up quickly and for what they do they wear reasonably well.

Re: What Tyres

Ive run corsa III's both my 06 blade and now my 08 blade - love em , do a lot of miles and had them at Philip Island -fantastic
currently got 190/55 profile on rear - feel great - this last set lasted over 7k of great riding in NZ , need another set but theres a 'shortage' at the moment due to the change in importers for AUS
