restrictors for cbr400 for L & P platers

im pretty sure you cant ride a cbr400 on your l's or p's,but are you allowed to put a restrictor on it?
Also does anyone know how much they cost?

G'day mate,the CBR400 is definitely not Lams approved in any state. The rules also state the bikes are to be as manufactured which would rule out modding it yourself.

No idea on prices sorry.

oh ok cause i heard some l and p platers drving 600's with restrictors on them.600's not on the lams approved list.but i just dont know if you can put them on all bikes.

In Australia?
In the UK they apparently have a system that allows you ride whatever you like as long as you have its power restricted and tested.
I've never heard of this in Oz though.
