 | Hello All G'day everyone, You may have guessed that I'm a new member, judging by this is my first post anyway lol. As well as a new member I am new to the whole road bike scene, and pretty fresh to bikes in the whole. Now I have to admit, a CBR wasn't exactly my first choice, but a very damn close 2nd, but as RGV's are very difficult to find and rather expensive for a 250, I decided on a CBR, and as I knew of one that was for sale and that I had already ridden the bike made it a bonus, as well as knowing the owner, I was the one who introduced the owner to the servicer (who is a RGV nut). so yeah, I got a pretty good deal, well you would want to hope so considering i purchased it off my brother in-law hahaha. Ok, so i haven't recieved the bike yet as my brother in-law and the rest of my family lives in Adelaide, where-as the RAAF sent me to Perth. So I am still waiting for the bike and riding equipment to arrive here, which will hopefully be next week when my old man can deliver the bike to the freight company. but I do have some piccies at least. Will be good to meet and talk to you all I am sure, and as this is a Fireblade club I hope everyone will be keen to help me out whenever possible as will I. Regards, Chris. | Re: Hello All Thanks guys, I rang my old man, he is taking it to the depot on tuesday, so i should have the bike by next weekend! or earlier... he knows the guy who owns the company and they do 60 runs from adelaide to perth each week so it shouldn't take long  |
