The ride normally leaves Mornington Honda at 6.00pm, if you like you could meet at my place at 5.30(if you remember where it is) and we could ride up together, if I have my bike back.

The bike is at PTR at the momment, I dropped it off on Saturday, I can't imagine why it would not be ready from me to pick up by at least thursday night, so I can ride friday night.

If you boys are looking for a high speed ride, the twilight rides are not for you, the leader basically sticks to the speed limit, but if you are up front and have to stop to mark a corner, that would put you at the rear, so then you can play catch up and get some higher speeds up, while catching up to the front guys

Omen137 the rides are scheduled to leave at 6.00 but the last couple have left at approx 6.15, but don't count on it leaving that late.

Went for a quick spin to Arthur seat and flinders this afternoon. I was absolutely buggered after the ride.

Didn't feel too confident either. Must be the bike...

Yeah, that's a great idea. The club I'm with use the same corner marking system and It works like a charm.

Bike still under warranty but I think they might have screwed the pooch on my service!

It's officially this front stem bearing ****, it's in the gear box or something.
Engine gotta come out and all, hopefully not too much damage done!!!
Will be covered under warranty!
They will have a good look and replace anything else if it's half sus.

For sale 929 fireblade, stil under warranty.......

What was your bike doing Will? We have had a few gear box probs with the 929's, and after the first one Honda did under warranty, the next few they didn't, saying wheelie's etc were to blame. How they end up with that is beyond me as they don't know the guys or see the bikes, but anyway, hope they don't do the same to you.

what and it only took me 8000km ah well im only a newbie to it all... i had a local up there chase me ona a red 954.. not one of you guys was it?? i couldnt out run him but he couldnt pass me either... had some fun..anyhow im not posting rides in here anymore coz nobody cares
