| Re: Canadians Bashing Canadians I've been in Vancouver for a week. It's still raining.
Strangely, it looks exactly as I left it 3 months ago... almost like the season hasn't changed. The only difference is the flowers are up. I dunno how these folks live in the grey. |

| Re: Canadians Bashing Canadians It is not THAT bad, the weather can be rather dull sometimes and our seasons are not as radically different than other places, but we do get 4 distinct season.
Spring: warm and rainy, with occassional sun
Summer: hot and clear, with occassional rain
Fall: cool and clear, with occassional rain
Winter: cold and rainy
So you see, rain is always possible so we have our share of grey days--I actually had no idea just how abnormal this was until I spent a year near Banff. It was definitely cool to have so many sunny days in the winter and spring, even if it was cold. |

| Re: Canadians Bashing Canadians Why do everyone in Guelph, Brampton, Mississauga, Newmarket, Pickering, and Oshawa all tell people they're from Toronto? They must think it elevates their status somehow. I guess your sky is still blocked out by Toronto's smoke, maybe that's why. |

| Re: Canadians Bashing Canadians If you live in Ontario and do not live in Toronto no one says they live in Toronto.
If you are outside of Ontario people are dumber and so you have to give them bigger targets to focus on mentally so they can figure out where you are from. |

As for the Toronto thing, I just get sick of Saying I am from Consecon "Where is that?" Just south of Trenton "Where?" Beside Belleville "What?" Between Kingston and Toronto "Kingston?" Ya I live in Toronto. "Ok you are from Toronto"
