| My place Veronique and I went for a ride with the bike yesterday, and we took those picture, all where taken within 20 minutes from my place. You can all say what you want about Quebec, but damn, do I love this place! The reasons I hate it are what make it so fun to live. Yes we have one of the highest tax around, one hell of a winter, everybody speaks French and our roads are in pretty bad shape, but all of those reasons makes it peaceful, quiet and sedentary.
We are moving to the Island in October (Martinique) but we will be back here for sure one day .

| Re: My place Looks very old Europe-ish. Quebec is beautiful. Don't pay attention to any jabs you get on this site.
I was in Montreal for the jazz fest and Canada day a few years back... great city. |

| Re: My place You can go around without speaking any French, all hotels and restaurants have people speaking English. That building is the Château Frontenac, it's a hotel. As far as price, well there's something for everyone.... |
