lost many "cool points" yesterday

We had a GREAT weekend of riding! I rode the blade all day Saturday and the RC51 Sunday. The 51 really cornered well. I think the 51 will be the bike I track.

Anyway on the to the topic of the subject line. As we are rolling up to a stop, I see a buddies right puck is loose, so I come along side him at the stop and push it back on as I do so, my foot slips and I almost fall over into his bike. This would have made 3 bikes fall over

Man I would have been toast!

Yikes! That's ok, you didn't drop your bike or get anyone at you. You get points for being a nice guy, though.

yeah, nice guy points make you finish last though..

On a related note, while we were eating lunch, they told me about a ride earlier where they were at a rest stop we use and a highway patrol rolls up and stops. The guy asks them where they ride. Nobody wants to say...anyhow, after a while they find out this guy rides...(someone in the group flashed their badge as well) The HP says, "ride and I'll follow you. Youve got a free ticket/etc.." So the ride and he follows in the black&white. Theyre tearing through curves and people are flashing and waving warnings at them about the HP behind them

Wish I had made THAT ride

How many riders would take them up on that? I would think most of us would either say no thanks or ride very conservatively to avoid the 'we were just kidding' free ticket!
