| Re: Your insurance rates and carrier.... That is another good reference for State Farm....Do you also have coverage on other vehicles/home that help that rate? I know that progressive keeps my MC apart from my car. I guess I will give State Farm a call Monday and see what they can work out for me.
Thanks Again,
Victor |

Are you eligible for USAA coverage? When we lived in Texas last year (New Braunfels), Symonjester insured his 954 with USAA there for very good rates for full coverage. Can't remember specific figures but I can dig through old ppwk if ya need it...or I can give you their phone number (I used to work for USAA). |

| Re: Your insurance rates and carrier.... Thanks for the info and I will check into them as well.....Big jump in scenery and weather in the Bay area! I lived in Sunnyvale for 3 months while working with Applied Materials and I really liked the area, just hated the smog and real estate prices
Thanks Again.....

From what I know State Farm will not insure a bike along, you have to also have a car policy there as well. I have my home, truck and both bikes there. Stare Farm has always been good to me. |

out of California. It was the best deal I could find, and I shopped them all. |

However, State Farm is the best deal going in these parts (unless of course you qualify for USAA coverage), 'cause they base their premiums on displacement only - crotch rockets throw up no red flags for them. That said, I still pay about $600/year for coverage, and that's with a clean record since I've been with them (about 6 years). I am carrying: BI = $50K/$100K, Prop. Damage = $50K, $250 deduc., and low BI and Underinsured = $15K/ $30K. |

Thanks Again..... | Sunnyvale...cool. Yeah, no kidding on the real estate here...it's crazy, but I still love CA!
Good luck with your insurance. Let us know what kind of deal you end up finding (if you haven't already). |
