| Where to buy in Round Rock / Austin? Hey all,
Anyone know of some good neighborhoods or planned communities in the Round Rock / Austin area? We're looking at Behrens Ranch, Avery Ranch, and Lake Forest right now, but are open to just about anywhere in the area. Preferrably close to the I-35 corridor. Any thoughts?

Re: Where to buy in Round Rock / Austin? South Austin, baby! My little bro (not blood related) lives right at the Wells Branch exit off I-35, I'd look around there, it's about 15 minutes from Dowtown Atown. But South Austin, is the place to be

Re: Where to buy in Round Rock / Austin? I used to play pool down by the Wells area. It's actually a pretty convenient location - right between Round Rock and Austin. If you haven't riden out in that neck of the woods before Booth, you have to try Lime Creek Road. A few sharp decreasing radius turns so careful on entry speed.

Re: Where to buy in Round Rock / Austin? Hey man, if I could get down there, I'd move in a heartbeat. Austin is one of the coolest places I've ever been to in the states. Riding as good as anywhere pretty close, awesome looking women, cool places to hangout, very laid back, dayum! My boy down there needs to go to college so I'd like to move down there and get a house and help him get through it, but the industry I work in doesn't have an abundance of jobs there. I'm trying though

Re: Where to buy in Round Rock / Austin? There is also Wood Glen between I35 and Behren's Ranch they are starting to expand north as the front lots are just about filled. East of 35 a little farther north on 1431 is the golf course community Terra Vista. Only problem with them is a lack of large trees to choose from. Other than that, they are starting up all over on the 1431 coridor toward Cedar Park. I can get the names of the new ones if you are interested.
