| Any one ride to Royal Oaks/ Woodward ave? Hey I was just wondering how many guys ride out to Royal Oaks/Woodward avenue on Thursday nights? I was down last week and there was a decent turn out...I think that me and some of the guys from work are coming again this week, I'm on a silver/black 1KRR with no fender, rear pegs or signals out back(ordered my new ones three days ago, hand signals in the daytime for now) and I will be riding with some guys riding cruisers. We maybe sitting at the mongolian grill? I may have to make it a weekly thing, not too many spots in Windsor where sport bikes get together...Nice to check out what everybody does to their bikes, plus I am hoping to hear a few different exhaust on the RR before taking the plunge...hope to see you out there |

| Re: Any one ride to Royal Oaks/ Woodward ave? I was out last week for the first time. It was interesting to see all the bikes but I doubt that I will be back anytime soon. I don't mind meeting up and going for a ride but having to superslab it to park downtown is not my cup of tea.
Too much chrome as well. Some of these people should get crusiers if they want to chrome that much. |

| Re: Any one ride to Royal Oaks/ Woodward ave? I go there occassionally. I live within walking distance, but I often meet a bunch of friends in a group of bikers that come from the Waterford area and a few friends from other suburbs around as well.

| Re: Any one ride to Royal Oaks/ Woodward ave? I've been to Royal Oak on Thursday sportbike nights and it's always amusing to see the different rides (Wednesdays are cruiser night). On a warm summer evening it can get really crowded with hundreds of bikes. I haven't been this year 'cuz I gave up street riding...

| Re: Any one ride to Royal Oaks/ Woodward ave? If anything it was worth my time to cross the border, even if it was just for a good laugh, I have never seen so many bikes streched, slammed and polished to such an extent(cool looking, but not my cup of tea) I thought that I was at KFC judging by the size of a lot of the chicken strips around...some nice bikes though, a lot of nice 600RRs plus I got to hear an Arata and it sounded great, I may have to look in to this further for my 1KRR? Also saw an undertail for the 600RR which looked alright too...don't know if I will be a regular, but it's kinda neat to go and watch the "bikers" do their things... |

| ... I'm there most thursdays, weather permiting. But we don't get there till about 11:15. me and a few friends get off work at 11 and burn down there. I'm on a 04 RC51 and I'm usually with a few gixxr 750s and a 1000rr...I'm easy to pick out...A) the RC sounds like a friggin helecopter landing and I'm a pretty big boy, ( 6'3" 300lb) so I kinda look like a monkey ****in a football on it... |
