| Re: New Track Coming to Utah I hope you didn't just jinx it, 'whip.
This has been an ongoing saga for ~7 years now. I was involved with it very heavily in the last "version". We had all the monies and groups committed and had the track plan down to four finalists. When it came time to make the final decision, we had one investor pull out because he wasn't getting enough of his say. Yeah you guessed it - good ol' Larry wanted full control.
A bunch of us were pissed, but at this point I don't care anymore. As long as it happens.
Two good things Larry is doing with this is that the idea some jackass had of integrating an oval into the track is out. He is also allowing those that bought in initially to buy into this club as well.
It is a bit different as it is kinda like a "country club" thing, but if all goes according to plan it will be a great thing.
Anyway, behind the scenes type of stuff aside I will continue to attend these meetings and do what I can to help see it through. Larry Miller does have a lot of influence here and enough in the motorsports world that there are already talks with racing orgs underway.
The only downside to this is that I am gonna be spending some coin on a new track bike in the coming months.
By the way, 'whip, how did you come across our club's page?
Oh yeah, I forgot to add that this complex already has the kart track and motocross track in place is only ~30min from my place.
Yeah, I'm excited it is finally going to happen - we've been waiting a LONG time.

Would be nice if you could get the track done out there. You have plenty of unused space, that's for sure. Keep your fingers crossed. |

I found it while searching for info on the track in Reno. I found this site which had a reference to it, then I Googled Miller Motorsports Park for more info. |

| Re: New Track Coming to Utah I received this email today and RSVP'd them to attend. Looks like the Track Designer, Builder and Owner all will be present at a meeting on the 24th to get input from locals. Come on down BDA and let the Fatman himself hear whats on your mind.
For those interested in the track layout, there is course diagram online.

Dear motorcycle enthusiast,
My name is Kristie Marshall and I work for Larry Miller. We would love to have you attend a preview event for the new racetrack that is being built in Tooele. I am including information about the event below and if there is any way you could post it on your website I would really appreciate it. If you would like to link to the website about the raceway you can do so at http://www.lhmse.com/mmPark
We really want input on this project from local racing enthusiasts and would love to have you come.
Thank you,
Kristie
