something when horribly wrong to shoot a piston right out of the engine. not sure if thats really a piston or not but thats what it says it is.
I've only seen a piston shoot out one other time, but that was in a funny car. they showed the piston shooting out in slow motion and showed the engine later with a gaping hole in.

It looks like a piston, but I would've thought that a piston to the forearm would've taken off the rider's arm.
