I don't have experience but I just bought an air shifter, power commander, and NOS kit for my 954. I need to know what the best set up is. Wet or Dry? What is best for the engine? What will give most HP?

just go with a dry system. I have a 2.8 lb bottle mounted in the middle of my swing arm. I have 4 nozzle one over each intake this is the best way but you can use one nozzle but make sure it is a fan spray nozzle.HONDAS LOVE SPRAY

Hey just my advice.. I don't know about bikes with nitrous personally but I do have a system on my car and its a wise choice to have the fuel solenoid. On your bike, at a light shot your ecu will compensate but at the cost of your fuel injectors. And just for future reference, don't call it NOS unless its a nitrous oxide systems brand nitrous kit (lots of people will make fun!)

+1 on the fuel solenoid. With a wet system, you KNOW it's getting the fuel. On the downside is the extra install headaches. I installed an air shifter on a buddy's 1KRR and those things have ZERO extra room.
