620 for the misses???

I am thinking of getting a 620 for the misses. She's pretty short, I had to lower my old CBR F4i 600 3 inches in order for her to ride it. My 954 is just way to big for her (so she says). Is there a lowering link for the 620? I know the dealer has another seat for the 620 and they even told me that they will get someone to shave the seat for me at no cost. Is this a good bike for my wife? Should I be looking else where?

Not her first bike, then? Even if it was, I would think the 620 Monster would be a good choice. I didn't think they were that tall, though. What's the seat height on them? I'd try shaving the seat first before lowering it.

The seat height on the 620 is 29" I think. She has a short inseam and it make for a pain in the ass to find something thats just right. The F4i was still a bit tall but at least she could get both feet to touch the ground Just tippy toe though. We sold that bike and she wont touch the 954 so I think the 620 is a good choice also.

The 620 is being replaced with a 695 that'll make as much HP as the former 750. Some folks will eventually want more than the 620 but some don't. I don't think the 620 has the adjustable rear ride height link although they can be purchased. That and dropping the forks a bit will lower it along with a reshaped seat.
