| Cyclist down Drunk driver strikes again Just found out this morning that a drunk driver t-boned one of my friends riding buddy this weekend. He was going up the Sawmill on his v-rod and the guy ran a stoplight and killed him. Now the courts are only charging him with misdemeanor dui/dwi. No charges for killing another human being while being reckless. I know that the AMA was lobbying about a similar situation that happened in the midwest - West but i can't remember the exact outcome of that case. Does anyone remember the name of the case/story. I know I learned about it here before the many site changes but i can't find it. Please let me know if you know anything about it.
