| nomad13RR is now in FLA Well, I finally made it to FLA and start training at MMI Orlando Mon 14JUN04. If any of you guys want to meet up or give me the 411 on bike nights and such in the area please reply. I don't have internet access where I'm staying yet, so I'm using a local library for my email/internet fix for now. Hope to hear from some of y'all soon.
Laters,
Richie |

| Re: nomad13RR is now in FLA Best of luck, Richie! I was wondering where in the hell you went. I ran Cresson on Monday, and was thinking it would be cool if I'd somehow run across you there.
Will you be moving back when you are done? |

Laters,
Richie | Here's the scoop....
Bike night is on thursday night in Winter Park. It's at the Steak and Shake on SR 436 just south of the intersection of Aloma/426. The squid population has taken up residence at the Hooters just north of there near the Red Bug Road intersection. They are currently being run off by the fire marshall and the neighbors. Many arrests have taken place there too for squidly type behavior. I haven't been there but continue to do the S&S thing. If it's not raining, I'll be there on thursday. My work schedule lets me go maybe twice a month. I can hook you up with a semi-responsible riding group. Although they will accept any and all new members, crashes are more frequent than I like and have only ridden with them a few times in the past couple of years. The good part about that group is they do private track days at JenningsGP and keep the number of people on the track down. There is a smaller more tight knit group I ride with but getting together is much more difficult. We have a perfect record as far as "little accidents" go. We do track days together and such. Feel free to PM me for any area "do's" and "don'ts" as far as staying out of trouble. Contrary to popular belief, there are some "decent" roads around here at the right time of the week. |

| Re: nomad13RR is now in FLA Thanks a lot Pete. Wish I could have done one more trackday before leaving Tejas, but didn't want to risk it. Yeah i plan on coming back to the Lone Star State after I'm done. So far it is pretty nice here in FLA too.
Smkeatr-thanks for the info on the bike night. I'll try and make it tonight if it is not raining as well. I would also like to get in on some trackdays while I'm down here too. |
