| Kangamangis Run who's done it?? I know this is one of the most common rides here and its unheard of that I have yet to do it, but my question is my friend wants to go this Sat (harley of coarse) but I'm not sure its a good idea during leaf peeper season, any opinions?? |

| Re: Kangamangis Run who's done it?? Go for it. You're past peak season anyway...although that doesn't mean that there WON'T be a lot of people up there. You may get lucky. It is a nice ride. |

Dano | C'mon guy if I could make it in 60hrs in a UHaul (95mph the whole 3k miles) I'm sure you could beat that time. You'd prob even have time to stop and eat more than once, be alot better than surviving on snacks from gas stations like I did. |

As long as the weather holds out and my extremely unreliable friend doesnt bail, I think I'll give it a try.

| Re: Kangamangis Run who's done it?? Yea I used to see them all the time when I would go to Berlin as a kid.
Should probably ask....anybody else interested in going??? I'm not super good with directions so I have no idea where I'm going thats one of the reasons I didnt ask, dont want to look like a fool. Let me know if anyone is interested, NHF, Tavish...any other locals. |

| Re: Kangamangis Run who's done it?? I have to work this Saturday.
Your best bet is to shoot up 93N to Exit 32 (the Kank) in Lincoln then cross the 32 miles over to the Conway side.
From there, you can backtrack or head down Rt 152 to 16 and then 25 finally to 93.
You could swing up 16 thru North Conway and then over 302 thru Crawford Notch all the way back down to 3 and then 93.....that's a long ride, about 300 miles all told. Nice though. |

But yeah it was getting cold real fast as the sun was going down today and I had my jacket with the liner in and a t-shirt and sweatshirt, and fleece lined pants. And you gotta remember to be home with enough time to prepare for Game 1 of the World Series. So I guess I'm out.
