There are plenty of variables the make up your insurance premium. I pay under $700 bucks for the year with Geico. Full coverage...year round coverage. Not bad.

well when i had my 636 it was 870 full coverage for the year, i got a quote for the zx-10 and it was 1600 for the year. so its still not that bad but still sucks lol

I'm in Nassau County, North shore. I've been on a couple rides through CT but nothing extensive. A racer friend of mine keeps telling me he'll take me on some runs upstate but I think that'll wait till spring now.

Oh ok. I used to spend a lot of time in that area. I attended NYIT which is right next door...plus I used to spend a lot of time in Port Washington and Manhassett. Have you ever heard of Notorious21?

No, though I've not been riding long around here and I really only know one other guy with a sportbike. Oddly enough our shop is in Port and my work takes me all over, including Manhasset.

Looks like we have a very good numbe of local riders in the NYC/NJ Area! Too bad we uncovered this so late in the season! I supposed if we get a weird 60 degree weather in the very near future, we could attempt to link up. If not, there is always '07 Season.
