I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 41 year old Long Island Lady and a newly licensed rider. Im on a 250 rebel due to the fact that I stand in at 4-11 on a good day and I have an 750 intruder waiting for me to grow into. I bought the intruder then had a car accident which caused me to give the size and weight actor a really good thought...prompting me to buy the rebel to get my feet wet so to speak.

I would love to hear from anyone local who is like me, I ride daily for errands and what not. On the weekends i take local excursions wherever i happen to feel like going...or where somone else may want to go. Im not a speed demon, I don't/can't go above 70 and honestly where would i need to go quicker than that?? It invites the popo and injury with all of the idiots on the road in suffolk county.
