ok guys check it. I have 7 Radio ra Lutron starter kits I have to give back to my distributor

If you do it your selfers want to give it a try the results are great. The cost of these starter kits are $1200 and sell for anywhere from 1800-2400. email me if your interested and ill give you the prices. its a couple hundred lower then regular dealer cost. If you cant install it your electrician wont charge much to swap out your light switches

these dimmers are RF(radio frequencey controlled) all you do is swap out your switches for these and they are controlled through master switches or table top controllers.

I cant hold on to the kits, they were fronted to me for 30 days. I have to either return them or pay for them. I got the kits at a special deal because I became lutron certified. usually at the certification course they give special pricing. This was an offer I could not refuse since they were being fronted to me. I need the money for a project so im returning them unless you guys want them.

you can add an accessory to control through IR and basically control all the radio ra dimmers with your remote(with programming). as well as a table top rf control for the side of the bed. and one for the garage as well. along with a repeater that you put somewhere locally in the house.

5 master 600w radio ra dimmers are included and two accesory dimmers, 2 garage door openers

so you can basically change the dimmer in your master bedroom, master bath, kitchen, living room and outside lights. after buyig a starter kit its just a matter of buying separate radio ra dimmers to control the entire house(up to 32 and 64 with a bridging unit)


the starter package also allows you to hook up the lighting system to the alarm as well. So when the alarm goes off in the house the dimmers are locked out and turned to full bright and the outside lights will blink. The garage openers are fully programmable and can open your garage door and turn on the lights with 7 modes.

your electrical bill will be less because of the ability to dim the lights and more efficient dimmer.
