So i went to the store on the bike yesterday and when i came out there were three cops around my bike when one of them asked me where my plate was. HA HA. So my plate is mounted bike the back tire and IS COMPLETELY visible with illumination. So the cop wrote me a ticket for it anyway. I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with this where they fought it in court and won, and if so what did you do you do to win your argument. Thanks. Oh i live in bucks county so it is inspected.

check with the shop that inspects your bike they have a book. use the wording right the pa inspection guide lines and take pics. as long as your tag is mounted correct ie top side up reading left to right you should be in the clear.

I have the factory rear fender in you are interested. Maybe if you install it and show it to the court they will drop the ticket. Reinstall your custom undertail after that.
