Central Florida Sugar Loaf Ride

Hey fellas,

This Saturday around 2pm we will be doing the sugar loaf run. about 1.5 hrs solid ride around lake apopka. meeting up at 17503 W Colonial Dr. Winter Garden, FL 34760 which is the citgo gas station. going to be a fairly relaxed ride. some nice turns. New riders are welcome to come along, we arent going to do break neck speeds on this one.. unless everyone wants to

Too bad I'm booked for the weekend, I always enjoy the Sugarloaf area to ride.

Most people complain about riding around here but between the Sugarloaf area, Ocala National Forest, rides up A1A, there really is a halfway decent variety of roads to explore. It's no North Georgia mountains by any means but it will have to suffice.

Yeah, given the distance to some of the "nicer" riding spots those ones definatley suffice.

its out on the west coast. you start out in kissimmee and head to the coast via a crazy bunch of back roads. this restaurant is at the end of a twisty road that dead ends into the gulf. you eat lunch there, and then make the treck back.

Really fun, but it is def. an all day event.

I have heard of that place. I've done Cedar Key but the ride there was boring. 350 mile day to Cedar Key, long way there, highway back.

Hi I know Im late for this ride , but do you riders have a gathering place during the week or weekend would love to find people to ride with I live in the new Smyrna beach area , pls keep me posted if can thank you

I've been out of the "bike night" scene for several years but I did meet a ton of people to ride with there. I found some roads I never knew could be so much fun.

Usually I start out at the Gas station, but I at least do not have any solid meeting place. If anyone is interested let me know. I make it out there at least once a month.
