| Re: Camera Mount Well, I kept meaning to order the camera mount that bolts on, like the one Conq had and sold to Flasher2001. Only problem with this is, I am a slacker and didn't order it.
I have seen a suggestion (on the old forums I think, can't find it) on how to make your own. I am not completely down with this, but I really would like to have video from the trip and homemade is better than nothing.
Any suggestions welcome. |

| Re: Camera Mount I've got the RAM mount one... works better as a GPS mount, the video camera tends to be shakey when shooting video. *My digital camera can shoot video with less shake due to less weight... *Conq I think mentioned he had tried the RAM with a lipstick and that seemed to work... *
I would like a lipstick camera so I may move that way.

| Re: Camera Mount Thanks for the offer RedTalon.
I didn't express that I waited way too long. There isn't time for me to order something and for it to be shipped.
It is ok, last night I made a trip to Home Depot and fabricated a bracket. It isn't the best, but it is crazy sturdy. I also bought some Industrial Strength Velcro to wrap around the mount to make sure the camera doesn't go anywhere.
Thanks again guys. |

| Would you post some pictures for us? *I'm interested in seeing how people are mounting their cameras.
Thanks

| Re: Camera Mount Why not just get a mini camera that plugs into the main camer aunit, mount it on the tank with a single screw into the fuel tank cap, and that way you can keep the real video camera safe in the boot?
I'll try and take a photo og what I mean, would make more sense than my words I think..
