2002 F4i wiring????

Hey everyone out there... I'm new to the site but seems very useful from what I can tell and a good forum/site to be part of...
I have a 2002 F4i motor with all harnesses, connectors, etc. that i'm using for a professional hillclimb bike.. This is my first bike and so far so good. My question is what wires do I need to bypass in order to just start the motor with the battery, fuel pump, and fan with thermostat? ALso how do I bypass these wires in order to start it? If anyone out there could help mo out, I would be grateful
