pcIII usb question for f4i

My bike was running rich at idle when it was stock. I bought a scorpion shorty exhaust and put a k&n air filter on it since then. I THOUGHT that would lean it out a bit, but it didn't. I tried to find the map for my setup on the power commander website, but there is not one for a scorpion exhaust. I used a different map for now that I thought would be close. I tried to adjust the cells at 0,2,10 % throttle to -10 from 500 rpms to 3,000 rpms. Not sure if that is right. Anyone know how I could lean it out with the pcIII software until I get it in to be dyno'd? Or if it could be something else all input would be great.

I would dump the K&N filter before you go to the dyno. The K&N has been shown on a dyno to cause a drop of 1 to 2HP. if you want to remove fuel, then change the values in the cells to provide less fuel.

DJ does have a tech support line that you can call.

Thanks. I will give dynojet a call then. So what, go with the stock air filter? That's a first hearing that about the k&n. I've always heard the contrary. Anyone else feel that way?

Do a search on the Internet. On a Honda, they don't work. Their marketing department is good though.
