He only mentioned his 954, I guess he never had the chance to post about his 600RR. |

| Re: Portuguese PPL ???!! Hi,
Even though I'm not portuguese, I live in Portugal too.
It's allways sad to hear about a life that's been lost.
Keep your eyes wide open when ridding.
Cheers,
Edu |

| Re: Portuguese PPL ???!! Hey guys,
I'm Portuguese as well!
Sad to hear about 46UAS, it always hurts when a fellow "motard" dies tragically like that...
Although the weather is almost always nice here, the roads are crap....just had my headstock bearings replaced because of the amount of:
1) Pot holes
2) Drainage covers
3) Speed bumps
....here in Portugal. |

| Re: Portuguese PPL ???!! RIP Luis, I know that my post is well behind the times, I only just read it.
I am riding to Spain and Portugal in November this year on the way to Valencia for the MotoGP. we are taking the long way down as we want to ride through Cadiz and Gibraltar. If anyone has views or recommendations they would be gratefully received. |

| Re: Portuguese PPL ???!! Olá,
Another Tuga (short for portuguese guy).
As another fellow patriot said, we have great weather, lousy car drivers and lousy roads.
I myself have already thought in buying a XR650 to ride our "normal" roads. But I think I would miss the high torque, High speed of mine oldie but goodie 900rrs from 1994.
I´m from Oeiras, great place to live.
Regards to all...and remember keep the rubber side down |

| Re: Portuguese PPL ???!! This thread is so tragic, mainly because of the few Portuguese on and statistically the numbers that are being killed on their bikes. Sad so Sad
