From my limited experience, just about everywhere in southern Belgium!

Head down to Spa, or take the short hop over the border into Germany and head to the Ring. It's a must but be very, very careful!

Bastogne area is interesting. If you're near Liege look in at the Ardennes American cemetery. The Superintendent, Hans, is VERY biker friendly.
