UK Riders - First Bike On Scene (FBoS) - First Aid Training For Bikers

To save me rewriting the whole entry (it took ages 1st time round, what with all the links and everything!!) here is a link to my First Bike On Scene entry on my blog.

FBoS

As I said in my entry, I had never heard of it until yesterday, but think its a blinking brilliant idea!! And they actually run it in our county, unlike the Bikesafe course which we cant get here!!

I hope it is okay to do this.. The course is available in various places in the UK and I'm going to look into attending one..

I'm going to look into organising something after the New Year. They do it for groups of 20+ people, so will see if I can get some of the girls (plus partners) in my 'other' girly forum interested in doing it. There are quite a few in our surrounding area now so I'll probably be able to make the numbers up fairly easily.

If I do manage it I will be sure to post a write up about it.

Awesome. I tried to find something similar in my surroundings but came up with nothing . Well enjoy it and remember to share the experience.

Take an EMS course or First responder class at a community college or through your local Fire Dept. You can glean the same knowledge and possible more.
