This year BSH are not only running and sponsoring the Farmyard ride in custom show for the 8th year running but also they have offered to back the all-new and aptly named Back Street Heroes Big Top. This along with the Larger Blues tent and for the 7th year running 100% BIKER will be providing the entertainment in their tent which will also be larger, so that gives you more covered area than ever before at the Farmyard.
This year we have not put the ticket price up, keeping the beer at pub prices and pouring time money and recourses into making it the biggest and best bike only event in Europe.
No matter what the weather does, no matter your budget, this event is the one you need to be at if you are a serious rally goer!
We will have more covered areas than any other bike event. Camp site bars and food vans with marquees full of tables and chairs you can eat and drink, meet and chat at. No longer will you need to be balancing your breakfast on your knee, you can sit and enjoy your meal. We will as usual have the cafe with proper plates, mugs and cutlery, but if you want to eat from one of the 17 food vans then the entertainments area is going to have a huge food court marquee bursting with tables and chairs, again all for your comfort.
We have re-looked at the marquees and we are going to put you on a bigger and better 5 areas of covered entertainment than ever before, you will go home with the feeling that you have been to the biggest and best value for money bike rally and you wont be wrong.
Let's not forget the traditional campfires on the 'fires field', where we will supply 120 tonnes of wood for you happy campers to sit around until the wee small hours talking rubbish with both old and new friends.
We also have a 'no fires' field for anyone who likes the quiet life once they are back around the tents.

Me and the other half are off, 1st rally of the season (apart from the failed stormin) ... the burnin question is do we wait and buy a tent at the rally where they are normally cheaper? or do we do it before hand ... and there not be any tent sellers this year.

SSB and I are looking at getting this one... It's only £30 from Tesco

Ta fer the heads up LoopyLee, will check it out, if its a single skin it'll be fine, if it has an outer there are no guide ropes on the sides to pull it away from the inner, an I hated being woken up by chinese water torture, an Emma refused to swap sides, cant think why

I'd get one before hand just in case ! I carry all my gear nowadays after that unfortunate incident when we got split up in Holland ! we was fine because we had the tent's and sleeping bags the others had now't and had to rent a house for two day's

Have a look in Aldi! They have a four man tent and a few other camping stuff (lights, seats, lightweight table - I bought two of these many years back from them!, portable toilet, shelving units for tents etc)
