I wouldnt recommend Ebilke insurance either. When I had my accident in July last year they agreed to a price for the bike and I was told that cheque would be in the post within the week, over 13 weeks later I had to fight really hard to get payment, I had separate cover for Helmet and Leathers still haven't had anything for them yet.
Renewal for the insurance this year was over 12 months after accident, they are now claiming that I have 0 NCD, new fight on my hands
They are cheap yes but getting in contact and any form of communication is really hard.
Oh by the way this was my second claim with them after the fiasco of the first time I should have known better but it was easy just to automatically renew the policy.
So its been a bad experience all round, remember they arn't based in Britain either.
