Basically I was wearing brand new gloves on the track and was not used to them so I wasnt truly comfortable. The mistake I made that led to the low side was that I was still holding the throttle open, giving it gas, while trying to brake and slow down for the upcoming turn. Gave it too much brake and front end dipped on me.

The chap in the body brace is someone I know, he was supposed to do the RBLR Iron Butt ride with me earlier this year. The brace is the reason he couldn't make it.

This video was shot last weekend, so it's recent stuff!

Michael is a experienced rider, track day instructor and IAM Senior Observer. He's lucky to still be with us, and even luckier to be making the recovery progress he demonstrates in this video.
