this is the serial version, not usb. The only difference is how they hook up to your computer. Most computers have a serial hook up, u better double check. Comes with the PC3, serial cable, and software cd which has a ton of maps and the installation instructions. If u r not sure about the PC3, trust me, there is a big difference in throttle response and power, even if your bike is stock. Priced at $180 and that includes the shipping.
