I bought this bike in February of 2003, and I'm the 3rd owner. This bike has been well maintained and runs great. Around the 15,000 mile mark the clutch started to slip in 3rd at high RPM, so I replaced that, which means the bike pretty much has a new clutch in it as well. There are two cosmetic dings that you can see in the pictures below. The first one is on the top of the gas tank. The previous owner let something fall on the top of the tank that chipped a small section of paint. I didn't mind this when I bought it, but so as not to have bare metal exposed to the air, I used some auto touch-up paint to cover the chips. Color didn't quite match. The second is on the right lower. There is a small crack and scuff caused by a 0mph tip over in grass/mud. I parked the bike, and as I was getting off the front tire slid sideways down into this muddy rut that was hidden by the grass. Bike started going over on the right side and I couldn't catch it, but at least made sure it laid down gently.

The bike is located in Charles Town, West Virginia. If you're interested in coming by to see the bike, discussing purchase, or have any questions about the bike please call Mark at 571-338-6153. I can also be reached via email at buymarksbike@aol.com

No clue what kind of blinkers those are. I just picked them up in a shop over in Europe.

Re: FS: 2001 CBR929RR in NoVA ***Updated with new price***

Had a sale lined up that fell through. Can't buy my supermoto until this bike is gone. First $5500 takes it home.

That's right folks, $5500. Act now, supplies are limited.
