| FS: 929 Right Fairing Panel I've got a new part that has been sitting in my garage for a few years that I want to get rid of. Long long ago when I first got my 954 there was a blemish in the piece of plastic between the gas tank and upper fairing. The dealer ordered me the piece under warranty and then just gave it to me rather than putting in on themselves. I got lazy, never did it, then the bike got stolen, leaving me with this part. It's still new, it's still in the wrapper, it's still with me and I don't want it. I thought it was the right side panel off of a 2002 CBR954RR, but I searched google for the part number and actually came up with it for a 929. The "ZA" wasn't on the end of the part no. though so I'm not sure. The part number is 64593-MCJ-670ZA RonAyers lists it at $49.65 http://www.ronayers.com/browseparts....4593-MCJ-670ZA but they don't have the fiche for the 929 or 954 up so I can't check it there. Can anyone verify which bike and side of the bike this is indeed for? Anyone want it? I'd be happy to sell it for $25 + actual s&h costs Last edited by Kenzo : 04-12-2006 at 6:05 PM. | Re: 954 or 929 part? For Sale either way... Yeah, it is confusing to use as you have to select CBR900 first, then you get offered a range of years to pick. The 929 and 954, while they can be selected individually, access the same fiche. For the 929 you select the (1) options and for the 954 you select the (2) options. For example, to view upper cowl parts for a 929 you select Upper Cowl 1, while for the 954 you would select Upper Cowl 2. |
